Pins Mechanical Strikes Again: South End Favorite to Open Second Location in Historic Chadbourn Mill

#Expansion Pins Mechanical, known for its popular South End venue, is set to expand with a second location in Optimist Park, slated to open in 2025. The new 20,000 square foot space will be housed in the historic Chadbourn Mill at the intersection of North Brevard and Jordan Place.

The #SouthEnd location has gained a strong following for its diverse gaming options, duckpin bowling, spacious layout, impressive rooftop, and even a slide. Patrons can expect a similar energetic atmosphere at the new#OptimistPark site.

Plans for the Chadbourn Mill location include further renovations to accommodate Pins Mechanical and 16-Bit, their retro arcade concept. A large patio is also in the works, promising to attract a wide range of visitors from families to gaming enthusiasts and social crowds.
